Register the invoice
The beneficiary uploads the original invoice. Zeronda extracts its facts, checks its identity and blocks duplicates before outreach.
Zeronda lets one business sponsor another’s approved expenses—without sharing sensitive funding details or joining the beneficiary’s accounts.

Beneficiary, sponsor and merchant—each sees exactly what they need.
The beneficiary uploads the original invoice. Zeronda extracts its facts, checks its identity and blocks duplicates before outreach.
The sponsor sees the invoice, extracted total and validation record, then chooses an amount no greater than the remaining balance.
Stripe Checkout charges the sponsor in Test mode and pays the verified beneficiary business directly. Zeronda records the outcome.
Back another business with the invoice in front of you, without sending payment details through a message or losing the record.
Ask for support with evidence attached, without adding another admin to your tools or handling their payment details.
The sponsor’s payment details are entered only into Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes a direct payment to the verified beneficiary business; Zeronda stores the invoice, decision and safe provider references—not raw card or bank credentials.
Funding details stay on Stripe-hosted forms, and Test mode does not move real money. Read the Test mode notice.
Walk through the beneficiary request and sponsor approval flow. It takes about two minutes.
