What these pages do—and do not do

They document the behaviour of the current build, give invited testers plain-language rules, and surface the legal decisions still to be made. They do not assert that Zeronda is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, that a particular payment-services exclusion applies, or that a test arrangement can pay a real merchant bill.

Zeronda is a product operated by Notoris Technologies Limited, an active company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16729024. Identifying the operator does not itself settle Zeronda's future regulatory status.

The live-money readiness gate

Keep the monitored privacy, support, security and legal-notice channel at info@notoris.xyz operational, and document how requests and incidents are triaged.
Obtain UK payments-perimeter advice on the direct connected-account funds flow, merchant-of-record role, custody position and provider agreements before any real transaction.
Complete a data map, retention schedule, processor contracts, international-transfer review, security review, rights-request process and—where appropriate—a data protection impact assessment.
Complete and document the lawful-basis assessment for sponsor invitations, including any legitimate-interests balancing assessment.
Run a production cookie/storage audit and add prior consent controls before introducing any non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technology.
Replace these pilot documents with counsel-reviewed production terms, privacy information and payment disclosures before switching on live money.

Required before a broader launch

The Test mode label is a product safeguard, not a regulatory exemption. The FCA says businesses receiving customer money or regularly providing payment services may need authorisation or registration. Zeronda should keep live money disabled until the final model is reviewed.

The drafting is grounded in the current official sources below. They are a starting point for product design and professional review, not a substitute for advice on the final company, jurisdictions, contracts and funds flow.
