Pilot participation terms

Use the pilot carefully and honestly.

These terms govern Zeronda’s business-only, no-real-money invoice-funding pilot. They are not production payment terms.

Last reviewed 29 August 2026United Kingdom pilot baseline
This is an honest pilot notice—not production legal theatre.

Zeronda is an invite-only Test mode product operated by Notoris Technologies Limited, company number 16729024. Stripe-enabled flows create genuine sandbox records, but no live payment is processed and no real money moves. The final regulatory model, Provider programme terms and counsel-reviewed live documents remain launch blockers. Read what Test mode means.

1. Operator and scope

Zeronda is operated by Notoris Technologies Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16729024. Its registered and operational address is Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB. Contact: info@notoris.xyz.

You must be at least 18, authorised to act for the business you represent, and invited or otherwise permitted to use the pilot.

2. Test mode only

Zeronda currently creates Stripe test objects only. No real payment is made, no money is held or transferred, and no invoice is discharged. A sponsor decision in this pilot is not a guarantee, credit facility, mandate or enforceable promise to pay.

Never use a real payment credential or rely on the pilot to meet a deadline, avoid fees, keep a service active or satisfy an accounting obligation.

3. Evidence rules

A beneficiary must upload the original invoice supporting each request and describe its purpose honestly. Do not submit an altered, fabricated, already-paid, cancelled or previously funded invoice, or resubmit the same economic obligation in another format.

Zeronda records exact file hashes and semantic invoice identities to detect duplicate submissions. Automated extraction and validation can be wrong and does not certify that an invoice, supplier or underlying transaction is genuine. Both businesses remain responsible for their own diligence.

4. Beneficiary responsibilities

  • Upload only business records you are authorised and entitled to share with the named sponsor.
  • Use the correct sponsor work email and contact only people who reasonably expect the request.
  • Ensure the connected Stripe account belongs to the beneficiary business and that its verification and payout details remain accurate.
  • Do not claim that a passed automated check is an endorsement, audit or fraud guarantee.

5. Sponsor responsibilities

Review the original invoice, supplier, purpose, beneficiary and extracted values yourself. You choose an amount greater than zero and no higher than the remaining invoice total. In Test mode, Stripe Checkout uses provider-published test values only.

The beneficiary does not receive your underlying payment credentials. Do not share them through Zeronda messages, invoice files or email.

6. Payment architecture

In the proposed operating model, the beneficiary business is the seller and merchant of record for a direct Stripe connected-account payment. The sponsor is the payer. Zeronda supplies the evidence and workflow and is not intended to take possession of the invoice funds.

Required before a broader launch

This design reduces custody risk but does not determine the legal perimeter. Before live activation, obtain specialist UK advice, Stripe approval for the final model, production contracts, refunds and dispute rules, and verified operational controls.

7. Third parties

Clerk provides authentication, Resend provides transactional email, Stripe provides connected-account onboarding and test Checkout, and storage/extraction providers may process invoice evidence. Their terms and availability may also apply to your direct use of their services.

8. Security and prohibited use

  • Do not spam, impersonate, deceive, coerce, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass controls or disrupt the service.
  • Keep invitation links and accounts private and report suspected compromise promptly.
  • Do not upload malware, identity documents, unrelated personal data or unlawful/confidential material you lack authority to disclose.

9. Availability, records and liability

This is research software. Features and test records may change or be reset, and access may be suspended for security, compliance or pilot closure. Do not treat Zeronda as the only copy of an invoice or as your statutory accounting system.

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-excludable statutory rights.

10. Leaving and questions

You may stop using the pilot. For access, deletion, security or legal questions, use info@notoris.xyz. Some evidence and security records may need to be retained where lawful and necessary.
